i'm so so thrilled to reveal our 10 year anniversary release of the black box, featuring 7 bonus tracks, a vinyl pre-order, a brand new cover by my friend diana jakobsson, and a printed version of the original comic book that came with the release (also by diana)!

Congrats on ten years! Pretty sure The Black Box was one of the first albums I downloaded on bandcamp WAYYYY back when I first started using it. Happy to hear about the next album~

even if our music style ended up really far apart, this album by you two was such an eye opener on what we could do with music today. Still such an inspiration 10 years later!
Congrats!! I’ve enjoyed listening to this album many many times over the years, so exciting that y’all are doing this deluxe edition! (And it’s so cool to see the comic get printed: I always liked the Herge style reference and have idly wondered if it would ever get a follow up!)
Couple quick q’s: I’m a minidisc fan, but also a vinyl fan: should I expect an MD release, or should I jump on the vinyl?
And where does the track Distance (Bicycle Trip) come from? It seems so familiar but I’ve been unable to place it.
never say never but we currently don't have plans for a minidisc release unfortunately... thank you so much for your kind words! herge and franquin were absolutely the inspiration we were going for so I'm very happy you got it!
