mine is that anime stylized w/ an X in the middle of the title indicate a use of the possessive, using of the logic of ❌-> no (english) -> no (japanese).
So Hunter X Hunter should be pronounced Hunter no Hunter or Hunter’s Hunter (in the sense of saying someone is a “Man’s Man”) and Spy X Family is “Spy’s Family”
I am unable to convince myself that any of the following are false:
- I will never be stung by wasps, they are friends to me. (editors note, i was stung by a wasp last month, no change in belief at this time)
- When i get a large portion of something, a heap if you will, that heap is infinite; at some point it supernaturally transforms into a small pile where removing objects from it is perceivable.
- Before I played Dark Souls I genuinely believed that enemies would not aggro me without provocation, because I was chill and fun to hang out with.
