I met a guy named "Admiral" at my buddy's wedding. Nice dude. Said he picked the name specifically to piss off his dad.

This guy exists and it's his last name. When he goes to the doctor, nurse calls him Mr. Doctor, which in this language is also how you refer to a medical doctor you don't know the last name of. Too bad he didn't become a doctor himself, Mr. doctor Doctor would be powerful.
In, I think Haiti (I could be thinking of the wrong country, though) the first name Docteur is common enough, and that's french for Doctor.
