The amount of jank you have to go through to make this work undoes all the magic. In 1998 you would have drug one tgz into a folder and untarred it and it would be done. I do not understand what is going on in KDE world but they need to run this shit less like an IRS appeals process.

Shit like this is how you get me to switch to Linux. I hate how locked down windows personalization has been since Vista or so
Tried it on debian... was a bit of a struggle and I couldn't get the icons to work
that icon pack install is weird as KDE does have a way of installing icons simply using a freedesktop theme file
its just retrosmart having a weird way of installing
I've never personally done something with themees directly form sites in a long time, I usually just use something like Discover or the AUR or something like it.
