#1 find a pair of crows in your area
#2 pelt them with raw peanuts/seeds
#3 repeat in the mornings

if you can identify a local pair you can make friends pretty easy!
its smart to hang out and maybe drink your morning coffee while they eat, you can watch them a little, but try to keep your eyes not settling on them directly so you dont make them wary. just hang out while they eat, not making any sudden movements and they'll grow to trust you.
another protip: use some sort of auditory cue when doing your feedings, like rustling your bag or imitating the sounds the crows make to call the others (birdsound takes mad practice but works well)
beware: if you feed them TOO much, instead of just when they are hungry and searching, they will get kinda territorial and just like people, some of the birds are assholes and will start problems
