When Vinny Caravella was fighting them in the Giant Bomb series and got the extra one to come in, someone on mic uttered the phrase "The fifth fourth king" or something similar, and I think about it every time they're mentioned

I think the maximum amount of kings one can spawn is around 12 or so.
