I was trying my best not to participate in game dev Twittter where people are talking about "hiring juniors" again... I almost made a post in earnest about how AAA is often so upside down that juniors end up owning critical systems while leads and seniors end up handling more "prestigious" but arguably far less important things like flying to LA to do mocap sessions or whatever. Then I made this, which I still absolutely will not post over there. But you can have it.
