getting back into tactics ogre reborn
and like playing vidja in general
really appreciating the automation in ogre 'cause one of my big bugbears with tactics games is, eventually, you math out that you WILL win and just gotta go through the motions.
and going through the motions strains me.
but with tactics, especially for grinding, I can just set my bois off on a spot to grind up, don't need to worry about overleveling and making the game too easy, and I can do other shit, like post.
also really like how damage is pretty flat, like there's no wild ranges, accuracy is such that you'll always hit after a point, plenty of skills to guarantee shit like crits and statuses.
