P-ARC is a diceless combat resolution procedure for GM-less play.
To talk a walk in the P-ARC, you must first Position.
The player with initiative freely positions themselves. This movement does not provoke Reactions, which will be explained soon.
Then, that player commits to an Action.
Every Action has a Reaction Point, a range or set of ranges in which their target can React.
For example, a Projectile has a Reaction Point of 1 AND 3+. If you use it with the enemy in those ranges, they'll React!
A Reaction is simply a triggered Action, following all the rules of an Action.
If an enemy decides to Jump, and you launched a Projectile at Range 3, then their Jump, which avoids projectiles but has a Reaction Point at 3+, will trigger a Reaction from you!
and of course, you'll use your Dragon Punch to knock 'em out of the sky.
Confirm is a formality, used to signal that you've done everything and resolved your turn. You then pass the turn to someone else.
