How do enemies work?

- bound to get similar responses across many peeps (oh theres peeps with status and who can slap your shit.)

- gets someone to talk about the specific points of their game
- if there's art, they could share it. if not, they could still share a sickass description, or a clever mechanic

for a system that harkons to a specific genre or game or show or whatever, I think this a decent enough question?
Like, imagine making a monster of the week thing and making a magical girl with a rival is nonviable. who would do that? (me when i'm unnecessarily rude to MOTW)
