Ok well, you are allowed to try them on like other clothes, so there's that at least.
first, if you haven't already, I highly recommend using this calculator instead of simple bust/band math. it does an impressive job of accounting for common hasty generalizations (and/or outright lies) baked into the usual sizing.
then... yeah, it's mostly a matter of figuring out which brands tend to fit right in the various ways that have no standards at all. (I've had consistent good fits from Bali, for what it's worth.)
