i was curious about what youtube channels have thetvdb.com pages (since generally the ones that get them are relatively popular), and i would LOVE to know what the discussion was made for this-- i assume there must be SOME reason all of these are on youtube despite clearly not being youtube-produced (maybe if they had a preview episode on yt or something??)

I'm unfamiliar with what thetvdb.com is, so I might be off here, but Google used to offer the ability to purchase TV Shows/ Movies on separate apps, but have all since moved under the YouTube branding. So you can purchase shows like Brooklyn Nine Nine to watch on YouTube (or, you could.... I still have it under my account but not sure if you still can), and it works with things like casting. Not sure if that's what you're asking, but hopefully it's somewhat helpful!
