Oh I could build this as an app. I have a low power location framework I use for personal logging. Would just need to decide on how to divide up the map grid to decide what gets revealed.
cool! i think at some point i might try to rig something up far in the future to work with a standalone gps-- im for whatever reason a teensy bit paranoid about the idea of logging everywhere i go with an app lol (not that im sure a gps would be much better)
👍 Yeah for the least logging version of it as an app I would just have it record which map tiles have been seen, but not when, how often or exact coordinates. All local to device of course. Less scary but still like not great if one is concerned
