If they're serving this as a different sub-version, kind of like Home vs Pro vs Ultimate back in the day, trivial. You just specify a US keyboard layout and time zone and there you go.
oh hell yes. i've been meaning to reinstall windows anyway. i'll just wait for this version to come out.
