keep seeing cw's for blood and while i get it for gore, im not sure just like some light bleeding is something that needs more than a tag muffle, imo

my feeling is that CWs are good for:

• something someone could get into trouble looking at at work, which ISN'T covered by the 18+ flag (this seems rare but could happen, so)
• something the average person would not want to see while eating (ie, extreme gore, specific fetish stuff on a page that isn't usually for fetish stuff, etc)
• something you think could be potentially triggering just from seeing but which comes up rarely enough that someone might not have thought to muffle the tag already

basically: any situation in which tag muffling wouldn't work well enough to protect the majority of people who might be affected by it; obviously this is super subjective but like, if its something you would see on television, its probably fine to rely on muffles
