even if moving was free, easy, and came with 0 downsides it's also just not a scalable solution. it's advise that only works as long as nobody actually takes it. "okay everyone from toronto who's ever been told to just move all moved to sudbury and now the rent here is 6 times as high and all the locals are furious about us taking their city over, now what"
