It's also really amazing how my job like scales to my current energy level to absolutely use up all of it like. I had a monster and started being more alive and got workign on like 5 things at once and literally people just keep messaging me more things faster than I can get them done even if I'm being too chaotic and fast for people to understand me

saying no to more things helps with that; "sorry I'm depleted from the other work, ask again tomorrow?" being the most useful
only give 80% of your best bc 100 is unsustainable
