
eating fruit is not bad for you at all :) the high fiber content of raw fruit makes far less of their sugar get absorbed by your body. juice isn't great tho since you lose that fiber
I just meant that like trying to compensate for not eating good by eating a ton of fruit over a couple hours will probably also make me feel bad in different ways
yeah unfortunately nutrition is kind of a longterm game. gotta foster a good relationship with your village of gut microbes
