shit..... I should make a ruler...
Because I like using rulers for measuring, but every ruler I own sticks out a little bit past 0 on the end which makes it hard to measure tiny things precisely...... I could just make one :V

hot take but it's probably smarter to grind the end off of one you know to be accurate than to try to tolerance a fresh ruler from scratch proby. god i hate tools. (loves tools)
If you can find a machinist's ruler, those generally have none of that overspill
