depression life pro tip: carnation instant breakfast powder, mix that up with whole milk and it's absolutely divine. super rich and delicious and full of good nutrients!
EVEN BETTER: heat the milk before mixing the powder in and you have some really good hot chocolate on your hands and 1/3rd the amount of sugar as a regular pouch of hot chocolate.
