I kind of love the way iOS treats home screens now, as like a set of pages you can enable... but why on earth does it only let you have one instance of a PWA shortcut total still lmao
If I make a new homescreen and add a cohost shortcut to it by dragging it from spotlight, it... removes the icon from my other Home Screen which wasn't even enabled So weird
iOS is Very Weird about PWAs. Even though iPhoneOS 1.x was supposed to bring us into the future with PWAs being the only supported "app" format, they changed their mind and added native app support, and now all these years later PWAs are second class (or so I've heard from iOS users, I don't have a modern device to see for myself).
Meanwhile on Android the only way that they're second class is a little browser symbol over the home screen icon, otherwise they might be indistinguishable from native apps!
At any rate @staff have repeatedly stated that using the website as a PWA is an actively supported way to use it and they're actively working to improve the mobile experience, so other than the home screen shenanigans it should be fully working.
Yeah I'm not saying this is a cohost problem, also I recently switched from android to iphone so this is more about experiencing the difference between how those two treat pwas
