Feeling like I'm falling apart again, barely taking care of myself and not getting anything done
In case it helps, and it helps me break out of funks like that sometimes, try forcing yourself to take a walk outside, even just for 10 or 15 minutes, as soon as you can after waking up. Something about the sunlight and something about the movement always significantly change the course of my day. And drink a glass of water very first thing when you wake up and splash some cold water on your face.
Not solutions, just starting points.
Yeah that definitely does help but also does require me to get up and not be busy during daylight fsdjkl
