re: Online Meeting background blur
I don't like to use background blur for exactly that reason [bc it feels like a fun and tiny way to bring parts of my life into work] But I've had people tell me having background blur on is important for accessibility reasons - - - - but also if having my face clearly visible and harshly separated from the background is That Important for accessibility/usability, how does that interact with letting people turn their camera off to avoid the fatigue of being on camera all the time...?
