It’s honestly ridiculous that we can use css here and then different browsers manage to fuck it up in all these different ways.
I’m not even using mobile firefox cause I did the “app” install by saving a link to cohost on my home screen, which forces me to use goddamn iOS Safari…

are based on safari. apple requires it to be that way. this is actually a big part of the eu ruling that allowed different default browsers. it also allows browsers to be built using things other than safari. unfortunately, it’s safari all the way down unless you’re in the eu or the us finally forces apple to do the same thing.
