Seems the show retroactively made that his theme, given it plays in The Doctor Falls. I say we all gaslight ourselves into believing that was always his theme.
The straightforwardness of the arrangement for 9th gets me every time. The way that little melody is its own thing while also interpolating the main theme song? Murray Gold was cooking in series one
I Am The Doctor just cannot be beat. they gave the doctor a wackass anime character theme and it ruled
Matt Smith's entire run had some wackass anime plotlines to go along with it haha
I am ultimately fine with 11's theme being second place because yeah 9 would've been my other choice if I could've picked two options haha
