this has happened like, four completely separate times in the past week or so. do you motherfuckers want me to just buy shit on amazon and let them take a cut out of your profit or what. from an end-user perspective, replacing your chat support team with """ai""" is infinitely worse than just not having chat support — a chatbot wastes five minutes of your time before not helping you. Nobody™ can do that instantly.
