The internet is fundamentally just an idea, a set of protocols, implemented in the form of a billion computers. It's just as much ours as it is theirs.


generally speaking, I really like Jetbrains Rider. I am also a pretty big fan of .NET (yes I know it's written by microsoft, but its FOSS so Log Off). I like LINQ. in many situations it increases code readability and provides convenient shorthand. I am especially fond of the aggregate function.

However,,,

Rider has this feature where it will relentlessly suggest replacing highly readable, perfectly effective loops with LINQ one-liners that would make god cry. I would like to present you with a few of my favorite examples.
