Went to sign up for the flu shot waiting list at Rexall.
They asked if I wanted the needle shot or the nasal shot.

the nasal spray is a live attenuated vaccine, whereas the injection is either inactivated or recombinant; as a result, there's a small chance of getting the flu from the nasal spray, and it's counterindicated in people with immunodeficiencies, older people, and people who have other conditions which make having a case of the flu more dangerous to them.
Nasal vaccine makes you more sick feeling but you don't have to deal with needles
i got the nasal shot a few times in the navy, it's like getting egg whites shot into your sinuses. 10/10 recommended
