Sure, I guess this is as good a time to talk about this as any.
SKATEGIRL DESTROYS THE UNIVERSE will almost certainly not be getting released in a commercial form. Due to a combination of production issues, problems with Oculus as a platform, and a variety of problems with the Apple Vision, I decided to shut down production. We had some really cool concept plans for the second and third areas and it hurts I'll never get to see them in motion but with the situation we were in I don't think those plans would have got completed in a commercially viable amount of time.
At some point I'd like to combine the demo we released for Gamescom and the Doors Open Toronto demo (which had placeholder graphics, but had a lot more levels) and release this in some sort of free form, maybe as a WebXR app, but I can't promise this will happen and I unfortunately don't have a timeline.
In the meantime, post-Skategirl I've been spending this year porting someone else's VR game. I hope you'll watch out for that because I'm really excited to talk about it once I'm able to.
