Looks like twitter is no longer accepting tweets with the messages 'Tweet from @mechalink failed: You reached your daily tweet limit. Please try again tomorrow' and 'You are over the daily limit for sending Tweets.' even for people who haven't tweeted in months. Another fine day on the internet!
