One game I wouldn't hesitate to recommend is Ruin Me. I think the game is too big for it's own good, however at it's best it blend eroticism with horror, and blurs the line between where the flesh end and the mind start.

I wouldn't call it my favorite but The Scarlet Demonslayer is a fascinating little subversion of a somewhat specific genre of H-story setup. I wrote about it here.
