the fastest way, in my experience, to make a food I made feel like a step up in quality is to add some kind of leaf. I prefer oregano, but any of the leaf fleck family you like will do the job. you hotted a piece of meat? sprinkle some leaf on it, looks straight out of a decent restaurant. you made some macaroni? throw your leaf in, now it's an elevated take on a classic. it instantly looks fancier. real foodhack (not clickbait)
