let me out of this box!!

does anyone have a favorite resource for learning piano? like for total beginners, absolute basics. free preferred but I can put a little bit of money into something if it's good. I know a proper personal teacher would be best but that's a "for the future" type situation right now

I have an old yamaha keyboard that I'd really like to start learning on again. I already tried with yousician a while ago and I didn't feel like it was teaching me anything I could use once I closed the app. I think I'd do better with just a really good video series explaining stuff and showing me how to practice on my own or something like that. thank u in advance

I'm not a dragon age 2 defender by any means (I would support the harshest punishment for what they did to my boy's face), but I think I tend to consider it more fondly than most. what I really loved about it is that hawke is honestly just a dumb lucky bad decision machine no matter how you roleplay each specific decision, and your friends are all equally stupid and floundering. it's beautiful as a gamification of being like 22 years old, it's like an episode of always sunny in fantasy video game form. I really do love that part of it and I wish that I could play the version of it that isn't carrying all the bioware baggage we all hate, but at the same time, I question how much a studio that's not a mess would so perfectly capture the feeling of being a mess. you know what I mean? yes I have played disco elysium why do you ask
