Exciting news - the Draknek New Voices Puzzle Grant is back for 2024, and applications are now open 🎉
This grant is a Draknek & Friends initiative that aims to support underrepresented thinky puzzle game developers. We previously ran this grant in 2022 and it was a huge success! Through it we were able to support 12 individuals and teams working on a range of thinky puzzle game projects, and we're really excited to be able to bring it back.
This year, the grant will be offering 6 grants of $15,000 each. In addition to the grant, the successful applicants will receive a year's one-on-one mentorship, and join a community of thinky puzzle game designers. Applications will be open from today until October 7th, 2024. Selections will be made and announced by December 2024, and the cohort will run from December 2024 - December 2025.
