I keep discovering more and more that the things I felt and thought of as relating to sexual desire were actually just sensual desire. A lot of(though not all) the hentai scenes I remember from the past are based on touch and sensation more than sex, and, honestly I don't know how prevalent that is in hentai in general... both today and in the past. But there's enough of it to make it worth wading through a lot of very malecentric and cisheteronormative stuff to find it.

My favorite scene I've ever found, I think, was one in which some guy gets transformed into a (very busty) woman somehow in front of his girlfriend. He was only wearing shorts at the time so afterwards she's topless and just staring down at her boobs in confusion. The girlfriend not only doesn't mind, she seems to be really interested in the change and one thing leads to another annnnnd... they DON'T have sex. Absolute KING SHIT. I wish I could shake hands with the creator(s) of that comic because it was soft and wonderful and pleasant =u= ...and sadly I don't actually know what the name of it was because it was all in Japanese :/
