something i noticed while watching Whisper me a love song ep3 is that the animation direction, key animation, and second key animation is entirely credited to a company named Studio Shigure with no names of whoever worked on this. the douga is credited to the same company plus another company called Taiguan Animation, with no names either.
i'm not a sakuga nerd and i don't usually pay attention to the credits, but this is the first time seeing it this empty.
speaking of the animation, Whisper me a love song has barely any animation. i don't blame them, i know it's incredibly hard to make an anime at all. but as a viewer it's really frustrating.
on the bright side, watching anime that looks bad makes you appreciate, urm, when anime looks good. like, i watched Jellyfish can't swim in the night immediately after, and realized just how insanely good it looks.
look at this broken frame. she has one eye and two mouths. literally yuri nightmare fuel.
(Yori also looks off but everyone's off model 80% of the time anyways.)
