it's a random pic from my gallery, from one of those "family member who knows nothing about {media} rates characters from {media}" posts. I just think it's the funniest thing anyone can say about Mizuki.

- Mizuki passes so well as a girl that unless you read their story, there is no way to know their story is about gender

- i guess she looks naughty in the pic? imo it's probably more intended to be "goofy" than "naughty"
