it's been around a year* since i deleted without my twitter account, cause it's so terrifyingly addicting, that i can't risk having one.

with nitter dying a few months ago, i finally gave in today and created one to just view tweets. and, to prevent history from repeating, i made a css userstyle so that i can't interact with anything. it's like not having an account at all.

* i don't actually know if it's been a year, but def more than like 10 months.

limitations

you can still like posts with the keyboard shortcuts though. i don't think you can change that with css, but who knows. i haven't looked into it either.
