Nya yesh! You can go up in the corner where you select your profile/sign out/etc, and you select "create a new page" from that dropdown menu and you can set up another profile within the same account, and you can make your new page default to NSFW. Then that same dropdown menu lets you switch between profiles fwast, nyo new passwords or anything :3
