I used to call them bad ends because in my usage they usually resulted in a permanent TF involving immobility or "death/destruction" which seems pretty extreme to be something anyone would want, BUT, over time I started to really enjoy the "completion" aspect of those outcomes and how if the scenarios were real and I was someone governed by both cartoon physics and cartoon laws of reality (in other words, someone who would come back from anything regardless of how deadly or permanent), I would not consider them BAD ends at all. I haven't used the tag in a long time but the next time I use it I'm going to refer to such things instead as "bad end?"

Also, most of the instances where the "bad end" tag would normally be applicable in my writing also involved continuous mind bending euphoric sensations since my earliest writings so... not very "bad" honestly XD
