An attempt to reboot the Devil May Cry franchise by way of studio Ninja Theory, who were ordered by Capcom to completely re-imagine protagonist Dante and the world around him. The end result did not go over particularly well.

and by best i obviously mean "my favorite" and by "my favorite" i mean noisia on the soundtrack alone makes this a better action game than most others but genuinely i think this game gets a million times more shit than it deserves because of the name despite being a top-to-bottom incredible action game with some really killer boss fights

If anything, after 10 years of mediocre torso bosses in other action games, it’s even MORE impressive

"for humans only" message printed on led screen that refreshes at a weird non integral rate like 78.62hz so robots can't adjust the electronic shutters in their eyes quite right to make it legible

this is based on a true story. There's a electronic road sign I keep seeing when I go out to get coffee on the weekends that says "SUNSET UNDER I-405" and that's so poetic that I really want to get a picture of it, but my phone literally can't do it.

The sign is updating at 60 Hz, so you have to use a shutter speed of 1/60th or slower to get the whole message, but it's too bright out. My phone will not go below an effective ISO of 100, and there's no physical iris, thus any picture that shows the whole message will also be massively overexposed and illegible.

My eyes can see the message, but Devices can't. Someone could write whatever they wanted on here and nobody would be able to prove it unless they went home and got a dedicated camera or thought to hold a pair of sunglasses over their phone lens.
