noticed that this site seems to truncate extra spaces? kind of sad by that for some reason. i feel like it's part of my Online Speech Cadence to have extra spaces in certain places.

I do that too I'm so sad I can't do it here :( half of my punctuation is replaced by large whitespace between sentences, and occasional double-spaces to control the flow of sentences
happens because of how markdown works by default, i'm trying to look up a solution but every result is unrelated
maybe if you wrap it in ? but then you probably need to also style it and even i don't want to bother figuring that out
  inserts a nonbreaking space in html which doesn't get removed by markdown - it counts it as a nonspace character, so you can put as many as you want, even with spaces in between them
