Yes I did the cooking mama Let's Play way back when. I post alot about Tech (mostly how it sucks) and Cooking and Music and Television Shows and the occasional Let's Play video

when i get my own kitchen i'm just going to get a bunch of basic baking recipes like that laminated and stuck on my wall. i know it's basically just ratios but hell if i can ever remember what they are
I have a 3-ring binder with a bunch of recipes i printed out or otherwise wrote down, most of the stuff i did for cooking mama just happens to not be in there.
mico do you know how fucking often i've used the cooking mama thread as a cooking reference
if its as often as I do it: once every two months for nearly a decade
Yeah something in that vicinity. I'm pretty sure the only thing I refer to more reliably is my copy of Ratio
i don't make most of those recipes that often, except maybe the fried chicken, but i usually just buy bulk spices and top up my mason jar full of that spice mix like once a year, which is when I really have to check. most nights its like, chicken thighs broccoli and rice.
I don't think I make any of the specific recipes all that often but I use the seasoning ratios and processes a lot when I don't remember them off the top of my head
