At this point in the pandemic where most people have given up and no longer wear masks at all, why do I still see so many people wearing masks but not covering their noses? Just don't wear a mask at that point.

We can all be free ♫
Maybe not in words ♫
Maybe not with a look ♫
But with your mind ♫

This is my thought too. They can still say "I am wearing a mask!" but not using it in a way that's too uncomfortable for them, despite it making it useless.
I see it often, too, and it's... just take the damn thing off and be honest with yourself, for fuck's sake.
yeah, the nose things confuses me too, because as far as I can tell, they... just don't know?
It's not malicious compliance as far as I can tell because nobody actually requires or expects anyone else to wear them at all anymore? They'd probably fit in more with the crowd if they just weren't wearing any face covering at all
The one that gets me is people who have them on but under their chins and that is where they remain, no matter how crowded a space they enter. I’m sorry but that blue mask is not the fashion statement you seemingly think it is.
