I am boiling Extra Firm Tofu I got at Aldi in heavily-salted water, I saw a youtube video that did this that kept popping up in my recommendations so I finally caved, and it was an elderly chinese gentleman explaining how to make salt and pepper tofu while his son films & translates. Curious to see how it goes! I will be cubing them and frying in cornstarch, then mixing into a chili garlic noodle dish as the protein.
