Researching these lights is teaching me a lot about electricity.
I might have a color temp switch on each junction box in the ceiling. Or I might not. If I don't I'll have to replace the junction boxes but it might be attached with wire nuts to the romex which would be pretty straightforward to deal with
Also, I need to check if my lightswitches have neutral wire available to me, if they do I can get a smart dimmer and put my lights on a timer. If not I'm going to have to have an electrician run new romex all over the house....
