i boiled the tofu in salt water, as is my new Thing
Then i tried to press it, because I was curious how that would go compared to last time (very moist inside, almost too moist) and last time I had the problem of the cornstarch turning into glue, making the cubes stick to eachother real bad in the frying pan.
Well, turns out, if you boil tofu in salt water the water is not so married to the tofu anymore, so by pressing it, I basically completely expelled almost all the moisture, which was too much
So I boiled it again in new salt water, and then pat it dry with paper towels instead.
Now THIS is tofu. Holy moly.
