Cat Power is an interesting one. I'm 35 now, somehow when you're queer friend ages seem to vary more and more the older you get. I've got friends ten years younger than me and friends ten years older than me now. The place Phoebe Bridgers seems to hold in alot of my friend's hearts is where I put Cat Power since she was contextually relevant to the indie rock scene in 2006. You Are Free remains a classic album, at least in my opinion.
