I called out this morning due to My Gut Trying to Murder Me
Instead of just regular IBS discomfort this one was straight up pain. It subsided an hour after i sent the email to my team lead, but damn.

from my perspective its the lower front left thats usually in discomfort but this was my whole lower gut this morning.
That's good. When it's hard to move was went I saw a doctor and learned I had diverticulosis
my gut's been a problem since pre-pandemic, I've now seen a gastroenterologist who has given me Drugs and it hasn't gotten worse but it does occasionally Do That
