just a heads up for pride parades and other pride events this year: wear sunscreen and bring water.
there's a lot of fear of right wing activity around pride events, and i think that's valid. but part of we keep us safe means keeping ourselves and each other safe against sunburn and heatstroke too! let's not overlook those things while we focus on the scarier threats. be as safe as you can out there, friends. happy pride
Hey as someone who used to just tan and didn't get sunburnt that easily please keep in mind that I was stuck inside for two years due to a pandemic and now I burn to a crisp really quickly.
